The Role
Job Types: Full-time
Work Eligibility:
Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Required)
Work Remotely:

Responsibilities
Management of export shipments and documentation internationally, including Stock transfers, terminal stock movements & PO shipment returned stock
Cross Trade Shipping Management (documents & shipment file processing)
Understanding and assisting of all export shipments bookings & documentation for all world-wide locations
Liaising with All DC’s for stock transfers, terminal stock & returned stock movements
Approval & sign off of all freight forwarder freight charges
Working closely with our Shipping teams abroad
Management and preparation of all relevant Import documentation for Customs
Interpreting and processing Shipping Sales Orders and enquiries efficiently
Preparation of accurate quotations on sales and co-ordinate freight requirements
Maintaining accurate records and transactions of all Export transactions
Liaising with Purchasing Department on the acquisition of goods for specific shipping non-manufactured parts
Liaising with Sales Department on the acquisition of goods for shipping manufactured parts
Experience/Qualifications
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Good planning, time management, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Team members must fulfil the following criteria:
Be physically fit and have the ability to undertake manual handling duties
Punctual
Able to work in a team and keep pace with team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention for detail with strong organisational and administrative skills
Microsoft office Word & Excel experience essential
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to recognise, analyse and resolve problems
Strong team player
Conscientious worker that is focused on meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Prior dealership experience an advantage
Ability to multitask, manage and maintain various role functions simultaneously
