Then one more room (small) is for $175. All rooms have Queen bed.

Its 5mins walk from Sunnybank plaza and all bills included.
4 weeks bond and 2weeks room needs to be paid.
Only share mates live in the house, comfortable and the house is big, two big lounge areas.
