Hi. I am looking for a housemate. The place has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will stay in the master room (ensuite), and there will be only one housemate (me and a little dog). I prefer a student and want the person to stay.  (minimum 3 months). You will be able to move in any time soon. The price is going to be 280 per week, including basic bills.
