We have a fully furnished single bedroom available for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share living in our townhouse. The rent is $120 and the bond is $240. Your stay must be a minimum of 4 weeks.
Your rent includes all the utilities - electricity, gas, water and NBN internet access.
Our flatmates are two professional male who are both originally from Korea. You would share the main bathroom with one other person but will have your own fridge. The unit is within a gated community and has a secure carpark so parking will never be an issue for you.
Our home is in Runcorn right beside Runcorn Plaza with the bus station within a 2 minute walk.
