The Building has swimming pool and gym and the room has air conditional.

It takes 15 mins by walk from both of Fortitude Valley station and Bowen hills station and 5 mins to take bus station for catching number 60 bus which is easy to go to the City.

For a woman $230 per week, 2 weeks notice, 2 weeks bond, All bills included ( wifi, water, electricity)
