It is close to everything in the City. It has a double bed and a desk in the room. The bathroom is shared.

There are lots of restaurants and other shops close by.

Queen Street mall is 5 minutes away and lots of bus stops close by.

Rent is $140/wk each, this includes all bills (Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet)

Bond is $200 each.
