For the guest bedroom, comes with own air conditioner and ceiling fan, build-in wardrove with mirror sliding doors, queen bed, table and chair. Also with your own lock for privacy.

The price is $260/week for one person, $290/week for couple, all bills included (electricity, water, 5G unlimited Optus wifi 100mbps, and gas)

The price is negotiable depends on how long you staying, prefer at least 6 months lease. 

Bond is 2 weeks and rent payment need to be 1 week upfront
