We are taking an expression of interest for the right person to come into our home.

It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Labrador. You are 1 block away from the Broadwater (Marine Pde). 

It is centrally located. Public Transport is just downstairs, close to Gold Coast beaches, 3 min walk to the Broadwater. Easy to access to Gold Coast University Hospital, Griffith University, Southport, and Harbourtown. 

We would prefer a student. You will be living with just my father who is 67 years old and his Cavoodle, Lacey. She is super social and will follow you everywhere. 

My father mostly keeps to himself, clean, and is more comfortable speaking Korean. I come by weekly to hang out with him. 

We would like someone who we can interact with time to time and are trustworthy as we wouldn't like an uncomfortable home for our father.

If both sides are comfortable, we are seeking long-term tenancy - 6 months - 1 year lease. 

The room has a space for a desk like a study nook. 

It will come with a closet, bedside table, and full size bed. We can also provide quilt and quilt cover. 

The kitchen is fully stocked. We also have guest towels available in the guest bathroom. Mainly the bathroom will be yours. 

Laundry - washer + dryer available.

The apartment has a small gym downstairs, bbq, and pool. 

There is no parking available underground, but there is street parking. 

We are seeking $430/week inclusive of

- Fully furnished bedroom (not inclusive of a desk)

- Linen 

- Internet

- Utilities 

- Fully equipped kitchen

- a/c + heating
