I'm looking for a single room (w private shower room) in 4 zone or sunnybank. 

I am a female who doesn't smoke and full time worker that i am not in the house for the daytime. 

I hope the house is..: 

- Every room is relatively independent. 

- under 270 per week including all bills (electricity, gas and internet) 

- own room key plz (optional) 

- the house for 5~10 mins walks to bus stop or shopping centers. 

- bedroom need to be fully furnished.
