the whole upstairs, there are 3 bed rooms , a huge kitchen, dining, living, full spacious bathroom and  a huge back deck 。

(we have central air-con upstairs, avoid wasting in publice area carelessly , we can set a seperate meter then upstaire 3 people can share bills. but they haven’t needed it so far. )

 Whole downstairs, there are a bed room, a living room, a bath room, laundry, garage ,patio.

Housemates are 1 UK-Aussie will be retiring gentleman,1 Aussie middle-age work gentalmen( long stay) and a retired Salvador gentalman(leaving soon) , they are quite clean ,pretty quiet and easy going,  pay rent on time ,no party, no trouble makers at all.
