It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. I’m currently using the Ensuite room, and the second room is available for one female flatmate. There will only be two people living in the unit.
 

Rent: $300 per week (possible to negotiate)

• All bills included (including detergent for washing dishes/laundry provided)
• 2 weeks' deposit and 2 weeks' notice required
