Hi guys my house mates are leaving next week so i am looking for someone who fill up second room ppl or a person possibly 15th or 16th of Jan. my house floor is all wooden floor so don't need to worry about dusty problem that affect your respiratory. also it is close to FB station (walking distance around 3~5m but you would not hear train sound much :) ) I am living in Master room now you or you guys will be share the house with me all the bills will be 50:50 unfortunately, i am using car park so i prefer who don't mind with it. i don't have house rules just minimum stuff, lock the door when you go out, general area cleaning.. pretty much it also we can figure out time to time while we living. i am quite social person that don't mind to eat together drink together but i don't want to accept person who is partying and smoking at home. if you need more information or pictures of house please contact me 0423 920 406 Thanks Richard KIM
