It is a 3 bed and 2.5 bath townhouse, located 5mins walk from Yeerongpilly Station. 

It takes 20mins to City and 15mins to Sunnybak by train. 

We are a couple living in the master bedroomand both work full-time. 

There will be a female to share the bathroom and toilet, which is separated. She is a full-time student and works part-time.

This is a very clean and cozy place, best for a student or full-time working female. 

The rent is $145 per week, 2weeks bond required.
