The room is fully furnished with one quality double bed and one single bed, suitable for a single person or couple. 

Bethania train station is a 10 minute walk with direct train line into Southbank, City and Gold Coast. Bus stop right outside the front door direct to Loganholme shopping centre. 

Property has pool and is on absolute riverfront with a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy.  Large house occupied by 3 others.
