My name is Huw, I’m Australian and I have fantastic room in my apartment available for rent. I’m looking for two girls for a fully furnished shared room ( 2 Single beds) in Spring Hill on Boundary street (available 10^th of September). The other room is occupied by a young Korean couple.

Room Type: Single bed in shared room. Bathroom shared with roommate.
Room equipment: desk, ceiling fan, sheets, quilts, hangers, desk lamp.

Home equipment: Ricer cooker, internet, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, TV, Washing machine, Dryer

Handy location: 15 min walk to Queen Street mall and CBD, 7min central train station, 10min from Woolworths Spring Hill, only minutes from restaurants shops and English language schools. 
Free bus to city.

Sharing large spacious apartment with big kitchen and living room. Housemates are tidy, reliable, sociable while being respectful of privacy and personal space.

Rent = $140 per week – Price includes unlimited internet, Gas, Water and electricity - $280 bond - 2 weeks’ notice.
