The room rent is A $ 150 per week.

Recently, 

many people experienced financial difficulties due to the corona situation that is why dropped room rent price

All dining and shopping centers are within 10 minutes.

There are many buses going to the city and the university. Transportation is very convenient.

There is also a beautiful park in front of the house where you can take a walk.(see below photos)

The master room has a private toilet, bathroom and dress room.

One Australian woman and two Korean female students and
