This large fully furnished room with ceiling fan has ideal north facing, cool and breezy in the summer. It also has nice views through the window.

It is fully furnished with all furnitures in the photo plus a ceiling fan too. Only share the bathroom with another person.

The house is in a quiet but very convenient and vibrant location:

-100m to Sunnybank Plaza has Coles, Kmart, Cinema, 24/7 MacDonald’s etc

-a main bus terminal nearby has express buses to CBD in 15-20mins, Many direct buses (130, 139, 140) to Griffith University, UQ, QUT and Southbank etc.

-Drive to CBD Myer centre in 12 ~ 15mins

-Walk 5mins to Market Square has variety cafes and restaurants

-Walk 5mins to Woolworths and IGA super market

The house is in prestige homes area in Robertson surround with other million dollar houses. It's safe, nice and quiet.
