Newly renovated Queenslander home. The home currently has 2 females who are both working and will happily welcome a 3rd. One is from Peru and the other from Japan. Peaceful and considerate and I have extended there leases.

The girl from Peru is 27 years old and works as a researcher as she recently graduated from her masters at UQ.

The Japanese girl is 22 years old and recently arrived in Australia. Both are talkative but also respectful of space and privacy. Recently the dynamics have become very good and occasionally we share a movie night with pizza.

I am a 29-year-old male who resides in the master room with its own en-suite so the bathroom you will use is only for the females. There is also a second toilet separate from the bathroom. I have two entry points so most times you won't know I am home or see me come in. I recently returned back from Japan after a year away, and before that the house was females only. The other two tenants have requested another female, so at this time I am looking for a female that can get along with my existing tenants.
