The house is located in 46 Avondale Cr, Parkinson. 15 minutes walk away to 140 bus station to city and a shopping mall with Woolworth, fruit market and restaurants. 10 minutes drive away to Sunnybank Hills shopping centre and Browns Plain shopping plaza. 

It is a 4 room townhouse, and only 2 rooms for rent. Every room has queen size bed, desk, A/C and build-in wardrobe. These two rooms share a toilet. All the public area are welcome to use. 

single $150/w couple $220/w. Rent includes bills (water, electric and internet), but there is a $20/w extra fee to use A/C.
