The address of the shared house is  Park Road Woolloongabba. Your Room rate includes electricity (except Winter heating), Unlimited High speed internet and water. Basic furniture e.g. single bed, study desk, chair and wardrobe (tenants to provide their own bed sheet, blanket and pillow) Refrigerator, washing machine, TV etc are provided for all to share.
