Hi, I am looking for someone to takeover my lease. I’m living in the Student One(Elizabeth Street), 

and you might be able to live here from 14th December 2022. 

My contract ends on 11th February 2023, but you will be able to extend it further.

-   Rent fee: $309 per week (now increased to $359 per week)

-   All bills included (Electricity, Gas, Internet, etc.)

-   Located in Brisbane CBD – takes 3 mins to the Myer Centre by walk

-   Electronic card access

-   Air conditioner included in each bedroom / Kitchen Utensils included

-   Free shuttle bus to UQ(St. Lucia) campus

-   Facilities: Gym, study room, game room, cinema room, laundry place, rooftop barbecue place, etc.

-   A lot of monthly events
