I am looking for a housemate near Taigum square. We are friendly a Korean couple and working full time. 

There is Taigum square 15 minutes walking distance. Around house is quiet as residential area.

There is Bus stop near house (it takes 5 mins) which can reach Chermside shopping centre and City.

To Chermside shopping centre (10 mins)

To Brisbane city (35 mins)

If you are QUT student, you can get to KG campus without transfer (25 mins)

You will be living with 3 people in house. Bill is $220, $200 per week including all bills.

We prefer female (but, male is okay ), non-smoker, no party person as this house need to be quiet.

12 weeks minimum stay

2 weeks pay, deposit and moving out notice.
