We are a very lively Japanese Izakaya restaurant located in the midst of Teneriffe’s food scene. We pride ourselves on our friendly service and mix of high quality traditional dishes including the freshest sashimi, as well as Japanese dishes that incorporate Western flavours. We feel this is what distinguishes us.
HIKARI is looking for a passionate Chef who can lead the hot section of our kitchen. We are seeking an individual who loves and has an interest in Japanese food. Our business is ever evolving and ideal candidates will be able to adapt with the business as it changes.

Position : Hot section (Grill, Deep Fryer) ( Full time / Part time / Casual )
