5mins walk from Sunnybank Plaza/Bus station.

Only 3 ppl upstairs and 2 ppl down stairs will be living in the house 3 bath rooms to share in total. Looking for Quite and non-smoker long term staying either student or full time workers preferred.
It will be convenient to live here as only 5mins walk to Sunnybank bus station/all shops/restaurants near by. One car available for parking in garage with $20 extra.
All rooms come with different prices range from $130 to $200.

A big Master room is also available for $220 per week.
4 weeks deposit 4 weeks notice however, electricity & wifi& water bills included and most of all, the house is big and you will hardly bump into other share mate as there is planty shared spaces around lounge room too.

Inspection available between Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm to 6pm.
