I would like to find lovely flatmate to share my 2 bedroom unit in Highgate Hill.

The room I want to rent has been furnished with queen size bed, side table, side lamp and wardrobe.

It is walking distance to West End, South Bank, UQ, QUT, Griffith university and CBD. Bus stop is few meters away( 196, 192 and 198).

You will be sharing with 1 female which is me. I am a part time chef and doing some craft work at home as well.

House is normally very quite and I am looking for someone who respect this place as their home to rest after work .

Ideally someone who has full time job or school will be preferred . Rent discount will be possible with anyone willing to stay long term.
We can discuss it when you have an inspection.
