Kitchen Hand

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team.

Working Days

• Tuesday to Saturday (5 days per week)

Working Hours

• Tuesday – Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
• Hours may increase or decrease depending on business requirements.

Duties

• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
• Basic food preparation
• General kitchen cleaning and end-of-shift cleaning
• Assisting the kitchen team as required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting rate: $32.18/hour + Superannuation
• Pay and conditions are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award (Fair Work Australia).
• Pay reviews are based on individual performance and ability.
• One staff meal provided each shift.
• Staff coffee or tea provided during shifts.

Requirements

• Able to commute independently.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Understand the importance of teamwork and kitchen workflow.
• Previous hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred.
• All valid Australian working visas are welcome to apply. Applicants seeking long-term, stable employment are preferred.
