(we have central air-con upstairs, avoid wasting in publice area carelessly , we can set a seperate meter then upstaire 3 people can share bills. but they haven’t needed it so far. )

 Whole downstairs, there are a bed room, a living room, a bath room, laundry, garage ,patio. 

2, this room is equipped with  a double bed, desk and chair, wardrob, and seperate air-con which you will be responsible to control it on/off.
