 Every room is fully furnished with TV. built-in, air-conditioner, ceiling fan,  beds, desks and chairs.

Downstairs has a lock-up Garage( occupied with payment) . laundry, Kitchen, Dining and Living room, Powder room, patio area and little yard.

Fisher lane, East Brisbane is a quiet lane and just a stone-throw to the GABBA Stadium, 900 meters to Woolloongabba bus station which is handy for going to city, UQ,PAH etc. or just use 184 185 212 235, 100m from house to Stanley street or Vulture street.   

Kangaroo point view-site,QUT,south bank , Churchy sclool are all walkable. 

Cross-river Station is on the way.
