The house is most suited to international students or working visa people who are friendly, quiet and courteous. The house has a warm and welcoming feeling inside and we have a nice garden area outside where you can enjoy your time relaxing.

Our flatmates are from Korean , Australian, Thailand , Korean

When our schedules are not too busy we sometimes get together to have dinner or go to the park or markets for a lunch etc.   Many long term friendships have been made in this home.

We have 2 x rooms available from 24/10/2021


* Room 1:  is approx 3m x 3.3m and it has a single bed (With a mattress protector), study desk, and a built in wardrobe. A desk fan is available in summer as well.

This room is $140 per week and includes ALL bills.


* Room 2 : is approx 3m x 3.3m and it has a queen bed (With a mattress protector), study desk and built in wardrobes. A desk fan is available in summer as well.

This room is $150 per week and includes ALL bills.

 

 

----------Rent details----------

- All bills are included in rent price (TPG unlimited Internet, Electricity, water bills, garden maintenance and water purifier (You can save money  to buy drinking water)

 

- Fully furnished (Including 2 x Large fridges, washing machine, TV, microwave, vacumn cleaner and all kitchen utensils/pots)



- Cleaning of the common areas (Kitchen floors, toilet and bathroom is provided every 2 to 3 weeks)

- There is carpet in the bed room -- No food in the bed room.

- 2 weeks rent payable in advance and 3 weeks bond (furniture usage deposit)

 

- You only need to bring your own bed sheets/blanket and toiletries
