Brisbane’s leading Korean fried chicken franchise, Momo Chicken, is currently recruiting additional Back of House (BOH) kitchen staff to join our teams at Brisbane City and Garden City Westfield locations.

Visa & Eligibility

• Cookery students preferred

• Student visa holders welcome

• Employer-sponsored visa (Subclass 482) may be available depending on skills and performance

Key Responsibilities – BOH

• Passion for Korean food and cooking, with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic

• Maintain kitchen equipment, facilities, and overall cleanliness

• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

• Accurate understanding and preparation of menu items

• Duties include: kitchen assistance, dishwashing, food prep, and frying

Requirements

• No experience required – anyone who loves chicken is welcome to apply

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
