Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage staff rosters, shift planning, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Skilled in preparing and presenting beverages to Odaya’s quality standards.
- Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and achieve business targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Report directly to senior management and contribute ideas for store improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills (Japanese, Mandarin, Korean) are a plus.
- Australian resident or citizen preferred. Visa sponsorship will be considered for exceptional candidates.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
- Good knowledge of customer service and complaint handling.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic financial reporting, and store operations.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required.
