We are currently looking for additional Front of House (FOH) staff to join our team at Momo Chicken Chermside Westfield.
Positions available: Full-time or Part-time (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Main Responsibilities

FOH Duties

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders

• Offer menu recommendations and answer customer questions

• Operate the POS system correctly and efficiently

• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any requests or issues promptly

• Handle payments and manage cash responsibly

• Maintain dining area cleanliness according to company cleaning schedules

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen staff

Requirements

• Passion for chicken — no experience required, training provided

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
