???? About the Role

As an All-Rounder, you’ll rotate across a variety of duties to help the café run smoothly, including: • Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders (POS) • Preparing coffee and cold drinks (barista skills – training provided) • Serving food & drinks to tables and ensuring great customer experience • Light food prep, plating, and general cleaning • Opening and closing duties (setting up, pack-down, end-of-day checks) • Problem solving on the spot and supporting the team during busy periods

???? Everyone, including senior baristas, contributes to all-rounder duties — we work as one team.

• Award coverage: Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009] • Includes casual loading, weekend/public holiday penalty rates, and junior pay rates (under 21)
