The house is located close to Mango Hill Station and North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, within approx 20-minute walking distance.

Terms & Conditions:

- A 2-week deposit 

- A 2-week notice

- Rent: $250 per week, including water, electricity, and unlimited internet

- Cooking utensils, washing detergent, rice, and toilet paper are provided

- Street parking is available

 Bringing in friends, partying, and smoking are not allowed.

Preferably looking for a female tenant or a couple, as I feel more comfortable sharing the space with another female.
