Medical receptionist wanted in bulk-billing GP Clinic located in Logan
Position: Casual medical receptionist
Pay rate: From $23/hour to up to $27.5/hour
Work hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm/1pm (Half day without lunch break)
- 8am to 5pm/5:30pm (Full day with 30 minutes lunch break)
- Saturday: 10am to 4pm
Qualification:
1. A minimum education equivalent to Year 12
2. Current CPR and first aid certificate (or willing to get)
Requirements:
1. Excellent English, ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
2. Previous experience as medical receptionist is desired
3. Must be able to work at least 2-3 days a week and rotate with other receptionists on Saturdays
4. Ability to cover leave for other staff when needed
5. Punctual and reliable
6. Ability to work independently and under pressure
7. Excellent computer skills, previous experience in medical software Best Practice is preferred
8. Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
