All furniture is brand new and stylish premium quality.

All rooms have walk-in wardrobes & own bathroom
You will need to bring your own cooking utensils, vacuum, small rubbish bin (no rubbish is to be kept in the house overnight to avoid any smell), and your own cleaning supplies.

“Please do not apply if you are not familiar with a shoes‑off household.
"Please do not apply if you are not going to clean the common areas after use, including the kitchen, dining table, oven, cooktop, and ect"
No outdoor shoes inside the unit.
Please wear outdoor slippers on the balcony or in the garage — avoid bringing dust inside.
Clean up after using common areas — ideal for extremely tidy people.
***Room Options***
All rooms have walk-in wardrobes & own bathroom
Master Ensuite with big bathroom & private balcony facing the water: $520/week
Ensuite Room: $480/week
If a room is occupied by two people, the rent will be higher.
Garage Space: $25/week — plenty of street parking is available along Marina Quays Boulevard, and there are also a few visitor parking spaces onsite
All bills (electricity, water, gas, internet) are shared equally based on the number of people.
*** Lease Options ***
3 or 6 or 12‑month lease preferred
Short‑term stays considered depending on your situation.
Four weeks’ bond and four weeks’ notice to vacate are required.
