We have two spacious upstairs rooms available in our two-story Holland Park home. The house is close to bus stops for easy city access and within walking distance of Cavendish Road State High School.

The house features secure pin pad gate entry and a fully fenced yard. Upstairs is very clean with a private entrance and includes a living room, bathroom, laundry, modern fully equipped kitchen (with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave,         oven) as well as a sunny front verandah. The owners live downstairs.

Each bedroom includes a separate key, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bed (with new mattress and protector as well as sheets), built-in wardrobe, bookcase, desk with lamp, and large mirror. One room has a double bed whilst the other has a single bed.

Street parking is available with a bus stop is located directly in front of the property as well as nearby on Logan, Cavendish or Holland roads. This provides easy access to city-bound bus routes such as 170, 171, 172, 175, 180, 181, 183, 185, and 189.

Additionally, there is a library, local shops, walking trails and a park situated nearby.

The rooms are available separately or together and are available from 02 August 2025. Electricity, water and high speed internet are included. The rates are:

·         Room 1 (Double Bed) – Single $330/ week or double $500/ week.

·         Room 2 (Single Bed) – Single $300.

·         If you would like both rooms then this would be by negotiation.

Rent is payable every 2-weeks in advance for both single and double rooms with the bond being equal to 2-weeks rent. The notice period is 2-weeks. This is a non-smoking house and we seek quiet, friendly, respectful tenants. No parties and excessive noise.
