Included: Single bed, bedding, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, desk, desk lamp, chair. Refrigerator, drum washing machine. CCTV installed at the entrance for security. 2 people will share one refrigerator. (Plenty of space as it's only shared between two people)

5 minutes walk to train station, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. (Convenient location even without a car) Public transport fares across Queensland have been reduced to 50 cents since August 5th. 1 minute walk to convenience store. (The house is located in a clean and quiet area) If you have a car, you can use the car park in front of the house, within the complex, or unlimited street parking. 5 minutes by car to Woolworths, ALDI, etc.
