I'm looking for woman to move into a master room of a town house, which is a 3-minute walk from Runcorn Plaza. There are bus stops, Asian marts, and Woolworth and many restaurants nearby, so it's convenient to live in.

The room has a queen size bed, big wardrobe, bathroom. two desk and private refrigerator in kitchen.

The share fee is 300 dollars per week. All fees include it.
2 weeks' pay and deposit, leaving notice is 2 weeks before when you go out.

I prefer people who live quietly and neatly.
