Apartment is in a great location - 7/11 located right downstairs and less than 10 minute walk to Woolworths, Myer Centre, bus station, train station and more. You will also be provided with full access to the gym, swimming pool and sauna. The apartment has a 4.5 star rating for its hotel facilities.

We are are only looking for a female occupant and the room is available from the 30th of January. Rent is $175 per week and this will include all bills as such as water, electricity and internet. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and currently has 4 occupants. There is no one living in the living room and is therefore open as a community space. Bathroom will be shared amongst 2 people and there will also be a fridge inside the room (shared amongst 2 people).
