Located in a peaceful, tranquil location, you will be living on one of Brisbanes premier acreages in Brisbanes koala heartland. Ample native birds and wildlife, this brand new stand-alone cabin is located on a dedicated, fully fenced yard (2000m2+) so you can relax. Guests have the convenience of city life ( 5 mins to shops, transport, restaurants 10 mins to cinemas, 20 mins to airport; the city ) or they can enjoy the peace and tranquility of an acerage and its surrounding animals. The site has onsite secure car parking. It is fully fenced (dog proof to 5 feet) to ensure maximum privacy. Guests can choose to allow our super-friendly and gentle family cattle dog (Harry) into the enormous guest yard or ignore him (keep him in the horse paddock). Likewise guests can choose to free-range the chickens (our dog plays well with the chickens) or keep them contained in their pen (chickens are trained to return to their pen 5pm every day). Guests are welcome to take the daily chicken eggs (before 4pm [approx 2-4 eggs / day). Guests can self check-in and check-out with a secured key-lockbox. This has been done to guarantee access to the cabin, even if the hosts are out or if you arrive late at night. Note: Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask you to message us prior to booking to ensure the set up is suitable.

Welcome. I am Wayne, a full-time school teacher and my wife is Uyen (pronounced Wen). We are a busy little family regularly chasing after our two beautiful children all week long. We are always eager to welcome travellers onto our property and endeavour to make guests feel as welcome as possible.

The property is conveniently located being close to shopping centres (5 mins [Capalaba Park ), movie cinemas (10mins [Westfield Mt Gravatt]), the CBD (25 mins) and the Brisbane Airport (20 mins). The Gateway Motorway is 7 mins away making access to Gold Coast and North Coast attractions fast and hassle free (themeparks [Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet & Wild] (35mins), Gold Coast Beaches [Southport Main Beach] 50 mins, Noosa (1hr 50mins)). For nature lovers, the property is 10 minutes from the famous Sirromet Winery, 5 mins from the Burbank Koala Reserve and within 5 mins of endless Horse Riding and Moutain Biking reserves (Cherbon Waters Equestrian Centre [2mins away]). The Sleeman Sports complex in Chandler is only 12 mins away giving guests access to world class facilities (Swimming, Diving, Gymnastics, Cycling, BMX, Volleyball, etc)).
