2. Included - water, electric, gas, NBN unlimited, some food ingredients (sharing is caring).
3. 2 weeks deposit. Short stay is considered (but might slightly pay more).
4. 2 weeks notice before move out. Deposit will return on the last day.
5. Shared toilet by you and share mate only.
6. Bunker bed or split bed. Up to you and your flatmate! Big wardrobe with huge mirror.
7. We only consider people that remain clean.
8. Make sure the room and toilet is clean.
9. We respect privacy and like to share our experience in Brisbane as well.
