We are Korean and Taiwanese couple , looking for 2 house mate at Bellbowire 

the Bellbowire is very safety place also quite area as well

in front of gate has bus stop which goes to city (444), it takes around 45 mins up to 50 mins

morning and evening has direct bus route (443P) to Bowen hill UQ campus , 

it takes under 40 mins.

it is not close to CBD but Indooroopilly ,Kenmore shopping Centre is 15 mins to 25mins by bus,

so if you have job there ,bellbowrie is will be good location.

however couple of house mates were students of school in the city ,they stayed until finish school course.

we have 5 years old Labador , wish you loves dog ,

also 2 years girl who just start learn how to speak word.

2 weeks deposit plus 2 weeks’ pay for room at first time then 2weeks pay 

2 weeks’ notice , 3 months minimum, but can be considered

$ 150 per week include all bill, internet.

upstair room ,toilet and bathroom share with another Taiwanese house mate

1st floor room has own toilet and bathroom
