We are a couple from Korea, currently looking for another couple to live in our second room. The previous occupants, unfortunately, are returning to their home country, so the room will be available from 18th June

Our location is on Tryon Street, and it's about a 7-minute walk distance to Garden City Shopping centre. In other direction, Mt Gravatt Village is within walking distance too, and there's a bus stop right in front of our apartment that goes straight to the city, so it's fairly convenient living condition even if you don't have a car.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room features a full glass door that leads to a terrace, a built-in wardrobe with a glass door, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a radiator to keep you warm during the cold winter months.
