I'm looking for a couple for the entire place for master bedroom in a newly built 2-story house in Coorparoo. 

The rent is $450 per week (including all bills). 

The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, mattress protector, desk, chair, TV, and a walk-in wardrobe with hangers. It has large windows that allow good ventilation and natural light. 

The view from the window is particularly nice. Please bring your own personal items such as pillows and blankets for hygiene purposes. The house is located within a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to the Coorparoo Square shopping center and restaurants, including Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, a cinema, McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, BWS, Korean restaurants, and many other dining options . There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk from the house with a direct bus (route 202) to the city. Carindale Shopping Center is a 7-minute drive away, and the city and Garden City are about a 15-minute drive. For those with cars, there is plenty of unlimited street parking right in front of the house, which is usually vacant and resembles a park. 

The internet is provided and is unlimited and fast. 

2 week notice, 2 week rent, and 2 week deposit are required. 

Move-in is possible from first week of August. (will confirm next week)
