Hello, I am looking for someone to move in Brisbane City Apartment Master Room & Second Room!

- Facilities: swimming pool, gym
- 1) Master Room (minimum 3mths stay): separate balcony, dress room, bathroom
- looking for couple/ 2 females (if available with queen bed) $310 each per person (after 3 mths->$300)

- 2) second room (short term until 16/06/2023): separate dress room/separate bathroom for two people only
-looking for couple/ 2 females (if available with queen bed) $260 each per person

- All bills included
- Number of residents: 3-4 people in total (living room sharing X)
- Party X Smoking X
- Those who can use it cleanly
- 2 weeks pay / 2 weeks bond / 2 weeks notice
- $100 key deposit
- Inspection & move-in available from 3/6/2023
