* Our couple and a housemate, total 3 people will be living together
* Private use of the bathroom
* The room comes with a bed, bedside table, light stand, ceiling fan and wardrobe
* Parking available within the townhouse complex

There is a bus stop for the City and Garden City 8 minutes walk away.
It's a 5 minute walk to the shopping center with Bellas fruit market and Korean mart.
It's a 10 minute walk to Starbucks.

Rent is $200 per week, including bills (water, electricity, internet)
2 weeks rent in advance, 2 weeks notice, 4 weeks deposit, and a minimum stay of 1 month.

Immediate availability, prefer someone available to move in by March 9th.
