I'm looking for a female share to stay in an apartment unit in Bowen Hills, right next to City. 

Address is 36 King St, Bowen hills, QLD4006 

It is an apartment unit type house and is a 2 bed 2 bath (two rooms and two bathrooms). 

I don't have a living room share. 

1 room for 2 people / Master room (couple) A total of 4 people will live. 

The size of the second room is good for two people. 

There's also a window, so it's well ventilated. 

You can also use each bathroom.

Kuku Field Pot 

a coffee machine 

450L large refrigerator 

Sofa 

Smart TV 

And so on

Building accessories: Outdoor grass, BBQ is available. 

Two people, one room, $225 / 

Two weeks, Deepage 

Two Weeks Notice / 

A two-month minimum. 

It includes all the bills and comes with dishwashing detergent, etc! 

It takes 10 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes by public transportation to the city. 

It's a good location, just over a five-minute walk to Fortitude Valley Station, and James Street and Newstead are also about a five-minute drive and a ten-minute walk. 

There are great cafes and restaurants nearby, and a small park is also near the apartment!  There is also a large outdoor pool in the apartment. 

I think it would be perfect if you were looking for a place where you want to live around the city and not be crowded!!
