I am looking for a flatmate who will use your own room with a double bed, toilet(similar as ensuite) and built in aircon.

It’s located in northern side, Lutwyche.
It only takes to the city 10 mins by car, 25mins by bus same to Chermside shopping centre just roughly 15mins.

The bus stop is just front of Apt towards to the city and under 2mins to Lutwyche bus station.
We also have a small shopping centre just in 5mins walkway which has ALDI, COLES, and Woolies.

I will provide
- rice and rice cooker(share with me)
- Toilet paper
- Dish washing liquid
- Laundry powder
- Dishes

$220 per week (internet is not installed)
2 weeks deposit n notice will be required

Bills are included(except internet)
This room should be available from 19th of August.
