We are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Full Time Accounts staff to joining our team based in QLD areas.
Key Duties
· Maintain and develop customer relationships and accounts
· Responsible for management phone call
· Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
· Filing and organisation HR documents
· Developing and updating relevant spreadsheets for data collected
· Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
· Managing general office emails and giving prompt responses or forwarding to appropriate person to respond.
· Provide assistance and support to company personnel
· Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
· Data entry, Invoicing and Billing, via Excel and other duties as assigned.
· Deliver excellent customer service to clients
· Providing quote letters, scope of works and business proposals
You must have/be:
· Current and valid driver’s license and reliable transport (preferred)
· A minimum of 12 months in similar role (advantageous)
· Exceptional time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean & English
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to work five days a week during Monday to Friday
Skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Prospective candidate must have strong Organisational skills and attention to details.
· Good Time management skills.
· Applicant must have Excellent Computer skills including advance knowledge of Windows and Microsoft -Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook).
· Strong oral and written Communication skills
· Good Customer service / Positive attitude
· Applicant must be Proactive with ability to take Initiative.
· Must be willing and able to learn, adapt to and use new comprehensive environment.
· Must have experience for dealing with Invoicing, Billing etc.
· Knowledge and Experience with Payroll functions
· Good knowledge of using cleaning industrial environment
· Start Part time and grow into full time. Applicant must have ability to work full time.
· Ability to learn new tasks quickly with the aptitude to learn the product range.
· Bilingual in Korean and English
